Prepayment by bank transfer (SEPA)
: Bank transfer has been a proven and reliable payment method for decades through the bank of your choice. However, the transfer time is usually 2 working days, whereas online transfers are usually posted on the following day. Please use the provided SEPA information (IBAN/BIC) for all payments. Entering the order and customer number in the reason for payment ensures that the payment is clearly assigned to expedite the shipping process. In unfavourable exceptional cases, your transfer may be delayed if your bank belongs to a different banking pool (e.g. Volksbanken, Sparkassen, Privatbanken).

PayPal
Easy, fast and secure online payments can be made with PayPal if you have a corresponding account. Here you can also pay without a PayPal balance with your credit card or by direct debit if the necessary data has been verified. Simply log in to the order process with your email address and password and pay the purchase amount with a single click. Invoice (Germany only)
Convenient purchase on account and pay after 3 weeks. We can currently only offer purchase on account to customers with a billing address in Germany. This payment method is offered in cooperation with PayPal. You do NOT need a PayPal account for this! Please note the PayPal payment instructions on our invoice and always pay the outstanding amount to the PayPal bank account specified on the invoice. Direct debit (Germany only)
Simply enter your bank details and you're done! We will take care of debiting the invoice amount for you in cooperation with our partner PayPal. You do NOT need a PayPal account for this! Credit card
We accept almost all credit and debit cards. In addition to the usual providers such as Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Diners Club, you can also pay with Carte Bleue, JCB, UnionPay, Servi Red, PostePay and many other cards. If you are already an Amazon customer, you can access the customer data stored at Amazon.de, i.e. log in to our website with your Amazon account data and pay. It's quick, easy and secure. We strive to deliver the items you have ordered as cheaply, quickly and safely as possible to your delivery address. We ship worldwide. The amount of shipping costs depends on the delivery address. DPD Germany is part of the international DPDgroup, Europe's second-largest parcel delivery network. With 9,000 delivery drivers and 6,000 pickup parcel shops throughout Germany, DPD consistently focuses on the needs and circumstances of all customers and recipients: one example of this is the Predict service, which is unique in the industry, with map-based live tracking, a wide range of options for redirecting a parcel and an hourly delivery time window. All parcels are transported in a completely climate-neutral manner.

Processing time
We process your order from Monday to Friday within 24 - 48 hours after receipt of payment. Information about the availability of your desired item is displayed directly by the order button in the item view. If the order button is red, its function is deactivated, so the article is not available.

Unless otherwise specified in the article description, the delivery of the goods in Germany takes place within 2 - 4 working days, for foreign deliveries (Europe 1-2) within 4 - 7 working days after order confirmation. Your order will be shipped the day after receipt of payment if advance payment has been agreed. Please note that no orders are processed and no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time. It is not possible to pick up your order yourself.

Partial deliveries:
If your order contains several items, at least one of which is not available for immediate delivery, the shipping time for the entire order is based on the product with the longest delivery time. If you would like a partial delivery, please contact us.
