Blueborn´s aluminium paddle KWB is a practical companion for a family bathing trip, white-water adventure or a quiet ride on the lake. The clear advantages of our Blueborn paddle are obvious: low weight, divisible for transport and asymmetrical paddle blades that can be adjusted to several angle positions.

Our professional and light double paddle has an aluminium shaft and asymmetric blades. These are made of a high quality fiberglass and polypropylene mix. The ratio is 40% fiberglass and 60% polypropylene. The grip surface is equipped with a non-slip yet soft rubber that allows perfect handling.

The paddle blades can be adjusted in three different angular positions: -60° / 0° / 60°. This can be easily adjusted by the attached push-button lock. The special oval shape allows you to see the current angle of the paddle during use. The paddle can also be easily divided into two segments at the point where the pressure lock is fitted. In this way, it can be stored and transported in a space-saving manner. It has a separate packing size of (LxWxH) 120x20x5 cm. The shaft has a diameter of approx. 29mm. The total weight of the entire paddle is about 1.09 kg.

A practical feature is the sink-stop function. It can happen that the paddle lands in the water. This function prevents the paddle from sinking, so that it does not sink and can be pulled out of the water. The attached drip rings ensure a firm grip, because they protect against rising water.

High quality paddle blades and rubber grip
The asymmetrical paddle blades consist of a high-quality fiberglass and polypropylene mix. The paddle blade is made of 60% polypropylene and 40% fiberglass. The rubberized grip surfaces enable perfect handling. The current paddle angle can be recognized by the special oval shape of the handle.

Professional double paddle
The paddle bar is made of aluminium and is therefore pleasantly light. The total length of the paddle is 220 cm.The drip rings provide a secure grip as they protect against water. The sink-stop construction prevents the paddle from sinking in case it should land in the water.

The paddle shape
The paddle blades are asymmetrically shaped. This serves a pressure build-up in the water evenly distributed over the entire leaf surface. Paddle blades are considered asymmetrical if the blade shape is different on both sides of the shaft longitudinal axis. The thin shaft with 29 mm diameter is a straight shaft.

Robust plug-in system
For the practical transport of the paddle, the pole can be divided into two segments. The subdivision is easy to operate thanks to a practical snap fastener. The lock also allows the paddle blades to be adjusted in three different angular positions. These are -60°, 0°, 60°.
