Prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT. The invoice amount and the shipping costs will be indicated separately in the checkout before payment. We only accept payments in euros, unless other currencies are specified in the offer. Please note that input tax deduction for shipments within the EU is only possible with the VAT ID number.Payment options
We offer a selection of different payment options. A reliable standard that is as secure as possible has been taken into account. All payment options offered are considered up-to-date, have been continuously made more secure and have become established in online trading in recent years. Payment on collection of your order is not possible.Pre-payment by bank transfer (SEPA)
Bank transfers have been a tried-and-tested and reliable method of payment through your trusted bank for decades. However, the transfer time is usually 2 working days, with online transfers usually posted the following day. Please use the specified SEPA information (IBAN/BIC) for all payments. Entering the order number and customer number in the reason for payment ensures that the payment is clearly allocated in order to speed up the dispatch process. In unfavourable exceptional cases, your transfer may be delayed if your bank belongs to a different banking pool (e.g. Volksbanken, Sparkassen, private banks).

Pay easily, quickly and securely online with PayPal if you have a corresponding account. Here you can also pay with your credit card or direct debit without PayPal credit if the necessary data has been verified. Invoice (Germany only)
Purchase conveniently on account and only pay after 3 weeks. We can currently only offer purchase on account to customers with an invoice address in Germany. This payment method is offered in co-operation with PayPal. You do NOT need a PayPal account for this! We accept almost all credit and debit cards. In addition to the usual providers such as Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Diners Club, you can also pay with Carte Bleue, JCB, UnionPay, Servi Red, PostePay and many other cards. If you are already an Amazon customer, you can use the customer data stored at Amazon.de, i.e. log in to our website with your Amazon account details and pay. It's quick, easy and secure. We endeavour to send the items you have ordered to your delivery address as cheaply, quickly and safely as possible. The amount of the shipping costs depends on the delivery address. Processing time
We process your order from Monday to Friday within 24 - 48 hours after receipt of payment. Information about the availability of your desired item is displayed directly by the order button in the item view. If the order button is red, its function is deactivated, i.e. the item is not available.
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 2 - 4 working days, for deliveries abroad (Europe 1-2) within 4 - 7 working days after order confirmation. If advance payment has been agreed, your order will be dispatched the day after receipt of payment. Please note that orders are not processed or delivered on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time. It is not possible to collect your order yourself.
Partial deliveries:
If there are several items in your order, at least one of which is not immediately available, the dispatch time of the entire order is generally based on the product with the longest delivery time. If you would like a partial delivery, please contact us.
