This performance is achieved by the body being evenly and fully foamed with insulating material. The outer shell and lid are made of HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) plastic. This plastic is very hard, impact-resistant, waterproof, and UV-resistant. The inner basket is made of polypropylene and has a smooth surface that is easy to clean. The materials are, of course, food-safe.

The core of the cooler boxes is the PU foam insulation. Foamed polyurethane is currently the best suitable insulation material on the market.
