yourGEAR Tent Vento - classic side tent in tunnel form for storing various holiday equipment or as a kitchen tent for cooking.

The entire interior of the tunnel tent has a surface area of 3.6 m² and offers plenty of space for up to 4 bikes, garden or camping furniture, barbecue or kitchen utensils and for everything else that is needed on holiday and needs to be stored weather-protected if required. The bike tent has a large zippered entrance that can be rolled up and secured to the side. Since the door of the tent runs almost across the entire width, it was also very easy to store large items. Especially worth mentioning is the comfortable height of 180 cm, which allows most people to stand upright in the tent. In some cases it makes sense to protect the items to be stored from ground moisture. For this purpose, a suitable ground sheet is included in the delivery, which can be laid out and attached to the tent. The sewn-on strips can then be placed under the floor of the tent to form a kind of floor trough that protects against moisture. There is a permanent ventilation system in the highest point of the rear wall. If the Vento is used as a kitchen tent, for example, the vapours produced during cooking can escape to the outside through this ventilation. In addition, the permanent ventilation provides permanent air circulation to prevent condensation.

Setting up the storage tent is child´s play and can be done in a jiffy. 5 robust tensioning straps ensure that the equipment tent stands securely and stably even in windy weather. To make it easier to set up, there are illustrated assembly instructions in the packing bag. An extra large transport bag ensures stress-free packing of the tent.

The tent has an above-average water column of 5,000 mm - all seams are sealed with seam tape or covered to be waterproof. For special material protection, the outer tent is equipped with a high light protection factor of UV 50+. This UV coating reduces material fatigue and at the same time protects people and material from excessive UV exposure. An additional hydrophobic impregnation ensures increased water and dirt repellency.

The tent floor has a double-sided lamination of the PE floor fabric - this ensures a durable, permanently sealed floor.

Tent entrance & cross poles
The wide entrance makes access and storage and retrieval very convenient. Two transverse tent poles give the tent additional stability.

Technical details

UV & water column
The fly fabric has a 5000 mm water column and is waterproof. The upper side of the fabric has a UV 50+ coating to protect against UV radiation. This reduces UV exposure in the tent and increases the protection of the tent fabric. An additional impregnation increases the hydrophobic effect and significantly improves the beading off of dirt and water particles - it also enables the tent to dry quickly.

Insect protection
The Vento comes with an insertable groundsheet as well as side-mounted ground strips that are placed under the tarpaulin and make it more difficult for insects to get in. However, the bicycle tent does not have mosquito nets.
