The rope consists of a 3-metre-long hollow rubber strand with a diameter of about one centimetre. The separate storage of the rope in the handles prevents twisting and entangling during jumping training. If the rope is too long, it can be shortened easily and permanently to the desired length. To do this, simply unscrew a handle (screw thread), loosen the 2 Phillips screws that fix the rope, cut the tape to the desired length and tighten the screws again.
