The Numana 400 from your GEAR is a spacious tipi tent with sun sail. With a diameter of 4 metres, it is ideal for 4–6 people.

This round tent clearly stands out from standard pyramid tents thanks to the separate sun canopy. This sporty awning offers perfect weather protection. Whether in rain or sunshine, the entrance area is excellently sheltered. The entire interior of the tent covers around 11 m², offering plenty of space for a group or the family. The groundsheet is bathtub-shaped and permanently sewn to the flysheet. The overall height of 250 cm gives this tipi tent a very comfortable and generous sense of space. In the side and rear roof area there are 3 large clear-view windows that provide the living area with daylight and can be closed from the inside for privacy. For optimum ventilation and fresh air supply, there are 3 closable permanent vents below the windows and a roof vent at the tent peak.

The weather-protected entrance area is approx. 170 cm high. The large front entrance is split into two sections and features separate inner mosquito mesh doors that can be used for additional ventilation. Thanks to the permanently sewn-in bathtub groundsheet and fine-mesh fabrics in windows, doors and vents, your tent is well protected against insects and moisture.

Practical inner tent pockets for small items such as a phone or glasses are also included. To make pitching easier, an illustrated, waterproof pitching guide is sewn into the carry bag. Set-up and take-down are both quick and easy thanks to the central pole. An extra-large transport bag ensures stress-free packing of the tent.

The tent fabric features an above-average 5,000 mm hydrostatic head – all seams are sealed with seam tape or covered to be waterproof. For special material protection, the flysheet is equipped with a high sun protection factor of UV 50+. This UV coating reduces material fatigue and protects both people and the material from excessive UV exposure. An additional hydrophobic impregnation increases resistance to water and dirt.

The groundsheet features double-sided lamination of the PE floor fabric – ensuring a durable, permanently watertight base.

Weather-protected entrance

Thanks to the additional tarp, the entrance area is especially protected from rain and sun. The sun sail is removable and can also be used separately.

Sewn-in, bathtub-style groundsheet

The permanently sewn-in floor is fully connected to the flysheet, providing the best possible protection against dirt, moisture and insects.

Entrance with insect protection

In addition to the standard doors made from waterproof tent fabric, the entrance area also has inner mosquito mesh doors for protection against insects.

Three large vents with mosquito nets supply the tent with fresh air. The outer cover also secures the tent wall against wind and ensures perfect tensioning.

Clear-view windows

3 large clear-view windows bring plenty of daylight into the tent. All windows can be closed from the inside for privacy.

UV & hydrostatic head

The carrier material is equipped with a 5000 mm hydrostatic head and is waterproof. The top side of the fabric is provided with a UV 50+ coating to protect against UV radiation. It reduces UV exposure inside the tent and increases protection of the tent fabric. An additional impregnation increases the hydrophobic effect and significantly improves the beading of dirt and water particles – it also allows the tent to dry quickly.
