The Caravan Tarp 300 x 240 from your GEAR is a lightweight and quick-to-pitch sunshade for your caravan.

The weather canopy is grey (Cool Gray), has a width of 300 cm and a depth of 240 cm. This travel sun canopy provides excellent protection against sun and rain. For sun protection, the material is coated with UV 50+ and therefore offers outstanding protection against harmful UV rays. If it rains, you stay dry thanks to the PU-coated material with a 5000 mm hydrostatic head.

Pitching and taking down the sun canopy can be done in no time. It is attached to the caravan via the awning rail. The sun canopy is equipped with both a 7 mm and a 5 mm beading. The tarp is simply fed into the awning rail on the caravan. For setting up the front roof section, the package includes 3 telescopic aluminium poles, guy lines and tent pegs. The telescopic poles are continuously adjustable up to a height of 235 cm. The sun canopy has multiple eyelets, allowing the tarp to be set up in 3 different ways. All guy-out points are double-hemmed and reinforced. The fabric is easy to clean and dries very quickly. An extra-large carry bag makes repacking the sun canopy stress-free.

The material features an above-average hydrostatic head of 5,000 mm - all seams are sealed with seam tape or covered to be watertight. For special material protection, the fabric is equipped with a high UV protection factor of 50+. This UV coating reduces material fatigue and protects both people and the material from excessive UV exposure. An additional hydrophobic impregnation increases water and dirt repellency.

The scope of delivery includes three continuously adjustable telescopic poles, tent pegs, guy lines and set-up instructions including care instructions.

To attach it to the caravan, an awning rail is required. The sun canopy has a 5 mm and a 7 mm beading and can therefore be attached to all common caravans.

For a secure hold of the eyelets and protection against damage, all stress points have been reinforced. Additional stitching ensures even distribution of the forces that occur.

UV & hydrostatic head

The material is equipped with a 5000 mm hydrostatic head and is waterproof. The top side of the fabric is protected against UV radiation with a UV 50+ coating. It reduces UV exposure and increases protection of the tent fabric. An additional impregnation increases the hydrophobic effect and significantly improves beading of dirt and water particles - it also enables the sun canopy to dry quickly.
