The Coolah cooler box is primarily made from 3 carefully selected materials. The result of this material combination is excellent thermal insulation. The cooling performance of this insulated box is at least 47 hours. This means that the box is capable of keeping ice frozen for at least 2 days. Depending on ambient temperature, storage location, and sunlight exposure, the cooling performance can increase to up to 5 days. This performance is achieved by evenly and fully foaming the lid, body, and base with insulating material.

The material of the outer shell and lid is made from an HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) plastic. This plastic is very hard, impact-resistant, waterproof, and UV-resistant. The inner basket is made of polypropylene and has a smooth surface that is easy to clean. The materials are, of course, food-safe.

The core of the cooler box is the PU foam insulation. Foamed polyurethane is currently the most suitable insulation material on the market. The PU foam is injected everywhere between the outer and inner shell. It distributes completely evenly, ensuring that every area is insulated and no cold or heat bridges can form.

The Coolah 60L has two practical folding handles on the sides, allowing the cooler box to be carried alone or by two people. The lid features very robust hinges, secured with stainless steel screws. Two quick-release fasteners ensure that the lid closes leak-proof and airtight. Four drink holders are integrated into the lid. The insulated box has a volume of approximately 60 liters and an empty weight of 4.9 kg. The external dimensions of the box are 63 x 43 x 40 cm. Inside, it measures 55.6 x 37.7 x 31.4 cm, allowing 1 and 1.5-liter beverage bottles to fit lying down and 0.5-liter bottles standing up. To cool food and beverages, the cooler box requires appropriate cooling elements. Depending on the items to be cooled, ice, cooling packs, or a combination of both can be used. Two special cooling packs, which are attached inside the lid, are included in the delivery. For easy cleaning, there is a leak-proof drain with a screw cap in the bottom area for draining liquids.
