The self-inflatable thermal mat ISO Duo Max by yourGEAR, offers high insulation values, a pleasant lying comfort and this for 2 men.

The mattress is a kind of double air mattress with a foam core, which inflates by itself. As soon as the mat is rolled out and the two high-performance valves are opened, the open-pored PU core fills with air and the mat is ready for use. There is no need for tedious inflation!

The construction of this mobile mattress consists of 4 parts, the foam core, the water and airtight cover around the core, the outer cover and the valves.

The outer cover of the mattress is made of a high-quality soft-touch material. This material is slip-resistant, water-repellent and very pleasant on the skin. The foam core consists of an open-pored polyurethane foam, which unfolds quickly when air flows in, but also allows this air to escape quickly when the camping mat is rolled up. To ensure that the camping mat is and remains airtight, the core is enclosed by a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) cover. The foam core, TPU cover and outer cover are fully bonded together. At the corners of the mattress there are 2 high-performance valves made of ABS plastic, which regulate the inflation and deflation of the mattress. The desired hardness can be regulated by blowing air into the mattress through the mouth.

Due to the high-quality foam and a mat thickness of 7 cm, this mattress offers a very high insulation against cold from the ground. The mat has an R-value of 6 and therefore allows year-round use - even on cold nights and down to -22° C. A high R-value also stands for a pleasant sleeping comfort.

The lying surface of the Iso Duo Max is 198 cm long and 130 cm wide, making it perfect for larger people. The mattress is supplied with two compression straps and a practical transport bag with drawstring.

The Iso Mat Duo Max is ideal as a bed when camping in a tent, for festivals, in the garden, as a beach mat, as an underlay at picnics or at home as a guest bed.

First use and repacking

During the first use it is normal for the foam to soak up air more slowly. To speed up the initial expansion of the foam, some air can be blown in by mouth. Please do not use an air pump, the pressure could damage the mat. Once the foam has become accustomed to the open shape, the self-inflating process is audibly and visibly faster. After use, turn the valves completely open, fold the mat once in the middle lengthwise and kneel at the end without valves. Roll up the mat and pull the mat back towards your knees again and again. Make sure that you roll the mat tightly and squeeze the air out. Close the valves, secure the rolled mat with the two packing straps and stow the mat in the bag.
