The blanket offered is 135 x 200 cm and weighs 6 kg. To achieve an ideal effect, the weight of a therapy blanket should be approximately 8 - 12% of one's own body weight. yourGEAR weighted blankets are available for adults in the size 135x200 cm with a total weight of 9 kg (75 - 115 kg body weight) and 6 kg (50 - 75 kg body weight). The version for children is 100x150 cm and weighs 3 kg (25 - 40 kg).

The adult and child blankets are both manufactured in standard sizes. In addition to being used as a bedspread, throw, or sofa blanket, the standard size also allows it to be covered with standard bed linen and thus used as a regular duvet.

The blanket features a summer side made of a cooling and smooth microfibre material. The fluffy winter side consists of soft and warming velour. The blanket has a total of 7 layers. The middle layer consists of small glass beads, which are enclosed by a soft fleece and a dense microfibre fabric and encased by the outer cover.  The filling is durable, hypoallergenic, and odorless. To ensure the even weight distribution of the glass beads, the blanket is quilted in a diamond pattern.
