The tunnel tent Sopero 4 - your perfect trekking tunnel touring tent with a large separation and front floor

The Sopero 4 tunnel tent from your GEAR is ideal for 4 people. As a companion for a trekking tour, weekend trip, camping holiday or festival, the tunnel tent is ideal. Compared to dome tents, tunnel tents offer the best space ratio. Thanks to the three short pole channels and pole clips, the Sopero can be erected in no time. The spacious inner tent with a floor space of 220 x 240 cm and a height of 120 cm offers enough space even for tall people. The inner tent is equipped with an extra wide entrance. The door to the sleeping cabin has a mosquito net insert that can be closed from the inside and can be used for ventilation as an option. The sleeping area is kept dark and therefore offers a pleasant darkening in the morning hours. Inner tent pockets for small items such as mobile phone or glasses and a lamp holder in the roof serve as practical aids. The waterproof floor and lateral ground strips on the stem provide dry storage space. In the front, 2 large transparent windows with internal covers allow plenty of daylight. Three permanent fans ensure the supply of fresh air.

In all weather conditions, the two-tone design of the outer tent with its light blue roof creates a friendly atmosphere and ensures that the sky is always blue :)

In order to facilitate the assembly, an illustrated and waterproof assembly instruction is sewn into the packing bag. The extra large transport bag ensures stress-free packing of the tent after use.

The outer tent has an above-average water column of 5,000 mm - all seams are sealed with a seam tape or covered in a waterproof way. For special material protection, the outer tent is equipped with a high sun protection factor of UV 50+. This UV coating reduces material fatigue and at the same time protects people and material from excessive UV exposure. An additional hydrophobic impregnation provides increased water and dirt repellence. All tent floors have a double-sided lamination of the PE floor fabric - this ensures a long-lasting, durable ground seal.

Dark designed inner tent

By using dark materials, the sleeping area offers a pleasant darkening in the morning hours.

Permanent ventilation

Three opposite ventilations ensure perfect air exchange in the tent. These ventilators reduce natural condensation and always provide fresh air.

Mud flaps

The ground strips, sewn at the outer tent, seal the tent optimally to the ground and the ground sheet remains protected. The flaps should be placed inside, under the tarpaulin.

Tent pole clips for easy assembly and dismantling

The inner tent is hung from the fibreglass poles with plastic clips. This technique has prevailed over pole ducts, as it is much easier to set up and take down.

Breathable inner tent material

All inner tent walls are made of breathable material. The front wall is additionally reinforced and gives the entrance the necessary stability. 

UV & water column

The carrier material is equipped with a 5000 mm water column and is waterproof. The upper side of the fabric is provided with a UV 50+ coating against UV radiation. It reduces the UV exposure in the tent and increases the protection of the tent fabric. An additional impregnation increases the hydrophobic effect and considerably improves the dripping off of dirt and water particles and allows the tent outer skin to dry quickly.
