The pH Minus Granules SL is a fast dissolving, acidic granulate to lower the pH value of the pool water.
The granulate consists of small pressed balls. It can be used in all water hardnesses, dissolves completely and without residues. The pH reducer does not leave any deposits, which also prevents the filter system from clogging.
The correct pH value in the water is important and the basic requirement for effective and satisfactory care of the swimming pool water. A pH value that is too high or too low has a considerable influence on the effects of disinfectants (e.g. chlorine) and other pool chemicals (e.g. flocculants).
Application pH Minus Granules SL
The prerequisite for effective care of the pool water is a correctly adjusted pH value, which should be between 7.2 - 7.4. In this range the effects of other pool chemicals such as chlorine, flocculants and algaecides unfold best.
The pH Minus Granulate SL can be added directly via the skimmer when the entire water circuit is free of corrosion and the pump is running. Alternatively, the granules can be dissolved in advance with water in a bucket or watering can and added to the pool water.
Dosage:
- 80 g will lower the pH value of 10m³ of water by 0.1
- never add more than 300 g per 10m³ of water
- After adding pH-Plus, let the water circulate for 3-4 hours, then measure the pH value again and correct further if necessary>
