Ponza 400 - our all-rounder with extra large living / sleeping area, UV 50+ sun protection, sewn-in tent floor and round insect screen.

The Ponza 400 from yourGEAR is a spacious multi-functional tent with a diameter of 4 metres and standing height throughout the tent.

The entire inner space of the tent has an area of around 10 m² and offers plenty of room for a group or the family. The tent floor is tub-shaped and firmly sewn to the inner tent. The combination of steep side walls and a total height of 230 cm gives this tent a very pleasant and spacious feeling.

In the front part there are 2 really large transparent windows which provide the living area with daylight. The mesh windows behind the inner tent have 2 functions: they allow daylight to enter the inner tent and also serve as ventilation for the sleeping cabin. The window fronts can be closed from the inside either only halfway up or completely opaque. The spacious entrance area is protected against rain by a canopy. The big tent door is D-shaped, can be rolled up to the side and allows easy access to the tent.

In addition to the mesh windows of the inner tent, 3 further permanent ventilation units in the roof area ensure an optimal exchange of air and fresh air. The tent is well protected against insects and moisture by the use of a floor pan and fine mesh fabric.

In order to facilitate the assembly, an illustrated and waterproof assembly instruction is sewn into the packing bag. Both assembly and dismantling are very easy and quick. As the inner tent holds the tent construction, it can also be used separately without the outer tent in very hot weather. The extra large transport bag ensures stress-free repacking of the tent.

The tent can be used universally as a camping tent, base or group tent, with the outer tent mounted as a pavilion against rain, without the outer tent as an insect screen tent in the garden and especially for festival visitors as a sleeping tent and chill area.

The tent skin has an above-average water column of 5,000 mm - all seams are sealed with a seam tape or covered waterproof. For special material protection, the outer tent is equipped with a high sun protection factor of UV 50+. This UV coating reduces material fatigue and at the same time protects people and material from excessive UV exposure. An additional, hydrophobic impregnation ensures increased water and dirt repellence.

The tent floor has a double-sided lamination of the PE floor fabric - this ensures a durable, permanently waterproof floor.

Weather protected entrance

Huge entrance area with large entrance door for easy access to the tent. A canopy with separate poles serves as protection against rain.

Sewn-in, tub-shaped tent floor

Top ventilation

3 roof vents provide sufficient fresh air in the tent. The vents are fitted with mosquito nets on the inside.

2 transparent windows & 2 mosquito net windows

2 huge clear view windows in the outer tent bring a lot of daylight into the tent. The mesh windows in the inner tent have two functions: the mesh fabric increases air circulation and at the same time you have a good view outside. The windows can be closed either half or fully opaque.

UV & water column

The carrier material is equipped with a 5000 mm water column and is waterproof. The upper side of the fabric is provided with a UV 50+ coating against UV radiation. It reduces the UV exposure in the tent and increases the protection of the tent fabric. An additional impregnation increases the hydrophobic effect and considerably improves the roll-off of dirt and water particles - it also enables the tent to dry quickly.
