yourGEAR 3x25L Coco Grow Bag 3x 2kg coco soil in sowing bag coconut fiber growing potting soil

Product information "yourGEAR 3x25L Coco Grow Bag 3x 2kg coco soil in sowing bag coconut fiber growing potting soil"

yourGEAR Premium Coir Potting Soil - 3 x 25 litres coconut fibre potting soil - 3 blocks of 2 kg each - in a practical oblong 100x20x15 cm planting bag.

yourGEAR Coco Universal Potting Soil - the light, better and sustainable alternative to heavy potting soil bags!

Coconut fibre potting soil is sustainable, unfertilised, peat-, fungus- and germ-free - perfect for sowing, growing and cultivating plants of all kinds and the practical planting tube bag makes a flower pot superfluous.

Coconut fibres provide a well-ventilated soil substrate of the best quality. The fibres from the coconut shell are completely peat-free, unfertilised and, thanks to their water-retaining properties, ensure healthy root growth. The pressed fibres are ideal as growing soil, humus for sowing but also for mixing with potting soil. Mixed with potting soil, the coco substrate loosens up the normal plant soil. For sowing and raising plant seedlings and flower sprouts, we recommend using pure coconut husk soil.

Due to the loose and moisture regulating properties of the coconut fibres, roots are optimally supplied with oxygen and moisture. The roots can develop better and grow faster and the root ball does not harden as much due to watering. The amount of care required is noticeably reduced by using coconut quelled earth.

Each of the 2 kg blocks is packed in a practical oblong bag in which the potting soil made of coconut fibres is mixed directly with water. To be able to fill in water, you first have to cut some holes in the top of the bag. The size of the holes should be adapted to the size of the plant to be planted, the spacing of the holes should correspond to the optimal planting distance for the plant. After the swelling process, the 100x20x15 cm bag is filled with loose and pure coco growing soil. The use of a flower pot or other planting container is not necessary. The coco soil consists of coarse and fine fibres. An ideal soil substrate for growing flowers and vegetables. The advantages of the coarse soil lie in its high air porosity, which helps to allow free aeration and efficient drainage. The fine coco soil is denser and retains more water. Both types are already mixed and provide an ideal growing medium for young plants. Depending on the water requirements of the planted plants, the bag can be provided with small holes for drainage. For repotting, simply remove the foil and plant the sprout together with the coco soil in the desired place.

The soil has a pH value between 5.5 and 7. During production, the fibres of the coconut shell are freed from all germs, fungi and pests by adding heat. This ensures that young plants can thrive.

Other garden soils and potting soils often contain too many mineral nutrients. For many plants, this nutrient supply is too abundant. This is exactly where the particularly nutrient-poor and unfertilised coco soil comes in. Design your potting soil exactly as your plants need it. If necessary, add the required fertiliser via the flower water and thus create the best growing basis for herbs, vegetables, ornamental plants, fruit, trees and shrubs.

The soil is completely free of peat, therefore environmentally friendly and 100% natural in origin. In its pressed and drained form, the sowing soil is particularly light, easy to transport and space-saving to store over a long period of time. Lugging heavy and unwieldy bags of potting soil is now a thing of the past.

The use of yourGEAR coco soil is very simple:

Make holes in the top of the foil bag according to the planting distance and size required. initially add around 8-10 litres of water. The block will now start to soak up water, with slightly warm water it will go a little faster. After a few minutes, continue to break up the potting soil block, mix it and add more water if necessary. The soil swells up to a maximum volume of about 25 litres, the tube is then fully filled. From this volume, the swelling process is finished. Of course, more water can be added after the swelling process. The potting soil stores the water, thus becoming more moist, but no longer swells. Depending on the type of plant and its growth, fertiliser can already be added via the water and the required degree of moisture can be adjusted. The potting soil is now ready for planting.

Universally applicable indoors & outdoors!

For sowing and growing, the coco soil should be used pure. This generally applies to all types of plants you grow and cultivate. If you want to make your own soil substrates, coarse and fine coco soil can be mixed together as desired, depending on the porosity required. In addition, up to 50% compost or classic potting soil can be added to the coco potting soil. Coco potting soil is the environmentally friendly and sustainable substitute for peat. It loosens up the root ball and prevents hardening through watering. Coco potting soil is an ideal growing medium and is perfectly adaptable to the soil needs of all plants.

Fine-grained coco soil

Normal air porosity for a loose soil with good soil aeration and very good water retention.

Fine and coarse quelled earth ready-mixed

The coarse-grained and fine-grained coco soil is already ready-mixed and forms a perfect soil substrate for young plants.

Coarse-grained coco soil

High air porosity for very good aeration of the roots and efficient drainage. Can be used as mulch and bark substitute.

Space-saving and can be stored for a long time

You will receive 3 planting bags with 2000 g coco soil each. After adding water, each coco block produces about 25 L of the best potting soil. The total volume of potting soil supplied is therefore 75 litres.

Green thumb

With coco potting soil, sowing vegetables and herbs is child´s play. The seeds are kept continuously moist by the even water release of the coconut fibres. Low maintenance - best results!

Easy to use

One dehydrated and pressed coconut fibre block turns into about 25 litres of unfertilised humus for your plants within a few minutes.

  • 3x 25 liters of fine, unfertilized and peat-free potting soil made from 100% coconut fibers in a practical, oblong sowing bag. The planting distance is freely selectable, a flower pot is not required
  • Low-nutrient sowing soil - universally applicable. Depending on the type of plant and cultivation strategy, the supply of fertilizer and nutrients is carried out directly through the irrigation
  • Coco soil - mould inhibiting & pest free. Coconut fibres are excellent water reservoirs. They loosen the soil, which is ideal for a good root aeration and best root growth
  • Coconut soil substrate pH value 5.5 to 7. A natural, renewable & environmentally friendly raw material. Plant soil made from coconut is ideal for herbs, vegetables, useful plants and ornamental plants.
  • Make holes in planting tube (planting distance), add 8 to 10 litres of lukewarm water and wait 15-25 minutes, plant seed. Done! For transplanting, remove the cover and cut out the seedling.
