yourGEAR fine-grained coco soil 54 L - 6x650g pressed potting soil coconut fibers unfertilized

Product information "yourGEAR fine-grained coco soil 54 L - 6x650g pressed potting soil coconut fibers unfertilized"

yourGEAR Premium Coir Potting Soil - 54 litres coconut fibre potting soil - 6 blocks of 650g - 1 block = 9 litres of potting soil.

yourGEAR Coco Universal Potting Soil - the light, better and sustainable alternative to heavy bags of potting soil!

Coconut fibre potting soil is sustainable, unfertilised, peat-, fungus- and germ-free - perfect for sowing, growing and cultivating plants of all kinds!

Coconut fibres provide a well-aerated soil substrate of the best quality. The fibres from the coconut shell are completely peat-free, unfertilised and, thanks to their water-retaining properties, ensure healthy root growth. The pressed fibres are ideal as growing soil, humus for sowing but also for mixing with potting soil. Mixed with potting soil, the coco substrate loosens up the normal plant soil. For sowing and raising plant seedlings and flower sprouts, we recommend using pure coconut husk soil.

Due to the loose and moisture regulating properties of the coconut fibres, roots are optimally supplied with oxygen and moisture. The roots can develop better and grow faster and the root ball does not harden as much due to watering. The amount of care required is noticeably reduced by the use of coconut quelling soil.

The soil has a pH value between 5.5 and 7. During production, the fibres of the coconut shell are freed from all germs, fungi and pests by adding heat. This ensures that young plants can thrive in the best possible way.

Other garden soils and potting soils often contain too many mineral nutrients. For many plants, this nutrient supply is too abundant. This is exactly where the particularly nutrient-poor and unfertilised coco soil comes in. Design your potting soil exactly as your plants need it. If necessary, add the required fertiliser via the flower water and thus create the best growing basis for herbs, vegetables, ornamental plants, fruit, trees and shrubs.

The soil is completely free of peat, therefore environmentally friendly and of 100% natural origin. In its pressed and drained form, the sowing soil is particularly light, easy to transport and space-saving to store over a long period of time. Lugging heavy and unwieldy bags of potting soil is now a thing of the past.

The use of the yourGEAR coco soil is very simple:

Remove one block from the foil and place it in a container with a volume of approx. 10 litres. When mixing several blocks, choose a correspondingly larger container. Initially, add about 2-3 litres of water per block. The block will now start to soak up water, with slightly warm water it will go a little faster. After a few minutes, continue to crush the potting soil block, mix thoroughly and add more water if necessary. The soil will swell up to a maximum volume of around 9 litres. From this volume, the swelling process is finished. Of course, more water can be added after the swelling process. The potting soil stores the water, thus becoming more moist, but no longer swells. Depending on the type of plant and its growth, fertiliser can be added via the water and the required degree of moisture can be adjusted. The potting soil is now ready for planting.

Universally applicable indoors & outdoors!

For sowing and growing, the coco soil should be used pure. This generally applies to all types of plants you grow and cultivate. If you want to make your own soil substrates, up to 50% coco potting soil can be mixed with compost or classic potting soil. Coco potting soil is the environmentally friendly and sustainable substitute for peat. It loosens up the root ball and prevents hardening through watering.

Space-saving and can be stored for a long time

You will receive 6 blocks, each weighing 650g. After adding water, each block makes about 9 litres of finest coconut fibre potting soil. The total volume of potting soil is therefore approx. 54 litres.

Green thumb

With coconut soil, sowing vegetables and herbs is child´s play. The seeds are kept continuously moist by the even water release of the coconut fibres. Low maintenance - best results!

Easy to use

Within a few minutes, one dehydrated and pressed coconut fibre brick becomes about 9 litres of finest, unfertilised humus for your plants.

  • 54 litres of fine, unfertilised and peat-free potting soil made from 100% coconut fibres - 6 x 9 litres of humus sowing soil, pressed and portioned in blocks of 650 g
  • Low-nutrient sowing soil - universally applicable. Depending on the type of plant and cultivation strategy, the supply of fertilizer and nutrients is carried out directly through the irrigation
  • Coco soil - mould inhibiting & pest free. Coconut fibres are excellent water reservoirs. They loosen the soil, which is ideal for a good root aeration and best root growth
  • Coconut soil substrate - natural, renewable & environmentally friendly raw material. Plant soil made from coconut is ideal for herbs, vegetables, crops and ornamental plants.
  • One 650g block + 2 to 3 litres of lukewarm water + 15 minutes time = 9 litres of finest potting soil with a pH value between 5.5 and 7. The compact alternative to heavy bags!
